SCREWED by Fatha REbelle Fleur

Yes you screwed
If it were up to me
There and then it all would have come to an end
But the charm came after you left
Which is one thing that baffles me the more
The distance, instead of driving me away only
brought me closer to you
Then I begun thinking of you more often
than I should have
Then I begun missing you more frequent
than I expected
Even when others provided a gate away
Then I begun making me promises to
challenge myself
To do what I never done before
To continuously love midst fears
To shut out the world when it offered
its warm embrace on winter cold nights
To look into the darkness the other when the
lights shone down brightly on me on the other side
To forget peace and tranquil but
rather gladly embrace turmoil and strife
To look love in the eyes and strongly
and vehemently proclaim my hate for him
All this while I never thought all
You ever wanted was for to me to hang my boots
